• Attorneys Jennifer Keough, Neil Zola and David Isaac have formed JND Legal Administration to administer large-scale class actions, bankruptcy and mass tort cases. Zola and Isaac will operate the New York office of the new firm in Harrison; Keough is based in Seattle. Previously, all three worked at the Garden City Group in Lake Success.
• The Eastern District U.S. Attorney’s Office has appointed Taryn Merkl as acting deputy chief of its criminal division. She will continue in her earlier duties as the division’s chief of civil rights.
