State Supreme Court Justice Molly Reynolds Fitzgerald has been designated as the new administrative judge for the state’s Sixth Judicial District.

Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks announced Wednesday that he has selected Fitzgerald to succeed Justice Robert Mulvey, the district’s administrative judge since 2009. Gov. Andrew Cuomo named Mulvey as an Appellate Division, Third Department, justice starting March 1 (NYLJ, Feb. 22).
