Michael A. Levy, who spent the last 13 years at the Southern District U.S. Attorney’s office, including the last three as chief of the appeals unit, has joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its white collar defense and investigations practice.
Levy said he was attracted to the growing group of former federal prosecutors at Sidley and said he believes his securities and appellate experience will strengthen the firm’s white collar defense practice.
