The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit will not revisit a case on corporate liability for human rights violations abroad under the Alien Tort Statute.

A majority of judges Monday rejected rehearing en banc the case of Jesner v. Arab Bank, 13-3605, where plaintiffs alleged that the Jordan-based bank handled monies that were used by Palestinian terrorist groups for attacks on Israel.
