A Staten Island attorney who was convicted of grand larceny last year for stealing more than $700,000 and was sentenced to prison has been disbarred.
Robert DePalma, 55, was given a two-year suspension in January 2015 in New York as reciprocal discipline for getting disbarred in 2012 in New Jersey, where he was accused of stealing $3,800 in client funds.
