A White Plains attorney is seeking unspecified damages for what he maintains was former Putnam County District Attorney Adam Levy’s attempt to impugn his reputation and wreck his legal career.

George Galgano’s civil rights suit in the Southern District, Galgano v. County of Putnam, 7:16-cv-03572, alleges that Levy engaged in a “campaign of serial perjury, evidence fabrication and gross abuse of power” by twice bringing witness tampering and bribery charges against him.
