Now that hedge fund manager Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher’s apartments at the Dakota are on the market for more than $13 million, his former attorneys at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman soon may be paid after years of litigating against him.

Several other creditors have lined up to seek a portion of the sale proceeds, including the Dakota itself. The Manhattan co-op, at 1 W. 72nd St., has said it should receive more than $2.4 million in fees that it paid to law firms, including Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, after litigating with Fletcher.
