The Appellate Division’s Second and Third Departments will meet Friday at locations different than their customary courthouses in Brooklyn and Albany, respectively.
Second Department judges will hold Friday’s session beginning at 10 a.m. in the central jury room of the Richmond County Court complex at 26 Central Ave. in Staten Island. The $230 million facility opened last fall (NYLJ, Sept. 29, 2015).
