Nicole Friedlander, who was chief of the complex frauds and cybercrime unit at the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District, is joining the ranks of top prosecutors in the office departing recently for large law firms.
Friedlander will join Sullivan & Cromwell in September as counsel, focusing on white-collar defense and investigations work.
