Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker has absorbed a three-attorney New York firm that focuses on trusts and estates, corporate and health care law.

The attorneys from Jankoff & Gabe, which was formed in 1988, joined Wilson Elser’s Manhattan office in May. Name partners John Jankoff and Lawrence Gabe came aboard as of counsel, while Heather Levine-Levy joined as an associate.
