Jared Hershberg joined Reed Smith as a partner in its corporate and transactional advisory group, specializing in private equity investments, private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Hershberg was a partner at Winston & Strawn.
Herrick, Feinstein named Stephen Jacobs, a senior hedge and private equity fund executive, as partner and co-chair of its corporate department. He will continue his in-house role at Spectrum Group Management, a distressed credit and real estate private equity and hedge fund.
