Prager was a partner and Covington was special counsel at Schulte for the past three years. They joined Schulte in 2013 from defense firm Morvillo, Abramowitz, Grand, Iason, Anello & Bohrer. Barry Bohrer, who moved with them from Morvillo, remains at Schulte.
Prager said she joined Holland to work with a broader industry base.
