The Mayor’s Committee on the Judiciary will hold a hearing Thursday at 9 a.m. on the nomination of court attorney-referee Monica Shulman as a Family Court judge. Previously, she was an attorney for the Administration for Children’s Services for 12 years, in the Bronx, Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The hearing will be held at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, 100 Church St., 12th Floor.
