A former FBI employee admitted Monday to being an agent of the Chinese government.
Kun Shan Chun, also known as Joey Chun, pleaded guilty to a criminal information before Southern District Magistrate Judge James Francis, admitting that he provided restricted and sensitive information to the People’s Republic of China between 2006 and 2011.
