A Rochester criminal defense attorney has been reinstated to the practice of law in the Western District after a six-month suspension for being profane and discourteous toward prosecutors, marshals and other court personnel.
Western District Judge Frank Geraci Jr. signed an order on July 29 granting reinstatement to John Parrinello, 76.
