• Christopher Clarke, an associate at the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff, was appointed by the South Shore Child Guidance Center to serve on its board of directors. The nonprofit center provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to children and families in Nassau County. Clarke’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and trusts and estates.
• Sanctuary for Families, an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking, named four members of the legal community to its Board of Directors. They are: Mylan Denerstein, a partner and member of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s white-collar defense and investigations, securities litigation, and appellate and crisis management practice groups; Katharine Bieber Ogg, a non-practicing attorney, who has been volunteering with Sanctuary for Families since 2010; Stacey Rappaport, partner and member of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy’s litigation and arbitration group and Southern District Bankruptcy Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil.
