Reversing himself, a federal judge has reinstated claims by Occupy Wall Street protestors who said police invented their presence in Zuccotti Park and charged them with a crime.
Southern District Judge P. Kevin Castel said he made the wrong assumption when he dismissed claims by three protestors who said their right to a fair trial was violated when three police officers alleged they were in the park when police cleared it of Occupy protestors on March 17, 2012.
