A Queens judge has denied a request by a plaintiff’s attorney to sanction a defendant’s attorney for allegedly violating federal and state health laws.

Nussin Fogel of Fogel Law in Manhattan had accused Valerie Ferrier, assistant general counsel for MTA Bus Company, of violating the privacy of his client, Mieczyslaw Patycki, who was suing the transit agency.
