The legal director of the New York County Defender Services has received the American Bar Association’s Dorsey Award, which recognizes outstanding public defenders and legal aid lawyers.
Kevin O’Connell was honored last week by the ABA’s Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division for his long career in public defense.
