One of the law firms that formed from the breakup of New York mass torts firm Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik is now going through a partnership split of its own.

In the latest twist, Bern Ripka LLP—one of two law firms established amid the wind-down of the predecessor firm—will reshuffle by the end of this month, when Alan Ripka leaves the partnership.
