Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard must submit to special monitoring conditions governing his release, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

Pollard emerged from prison in 2015 after serving 28 years for a conspiracy to deliver national defense information to a foreign government, using his position as an Intelligence Research Specialist with the U.S. Navy to deliver suitcases of classified material to Israel.
