ALBANY – A 13-year veteran Albany City Court judge has agreed to resign rather than face state punishment for alleged misconduct that included showing bias against prosecutors.
Thomas Keefe will step down as of Sept. 30, the state Commission on Judicial Conduct announced Monday. In a stipulation Keefe signed with the commission, the judge agreed to never seek judicial office again in New York.
