Time Warner has succeeded in beating back an antitrust allegation that it was illegally tying premium cable TV services to leases of interactive set-top call boxes.
A divided U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Friday upheld the dismissal of class actions in Kaufman v. Time Warner, 11-2512-cv, charging Sherman Act violations consolidated in New York.
