Holland & Knight, Sidley Austin, Harris Beach—law firms that lost staff or attorneys at the time of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks—are remembering the 15th anniversary of the attacks through volunteer efforts or recognition awards.
The firms, including two that ultimately moved to Midtown, took significant steps to regroup in the years after the attacks, such as counseling staff, finding new offices, preserving documents online and planning business recovery policies.
