Greenberg Traurig has continued a leadership succession plan that began to take shape earlier this year with the creation of the executive chairman position filled by Richard Rosenbaum.

New York litigation practice chair Richard Edlin and London-based global corporate and securities chair Paul Maher are now vice chairs of the firm, tasked with assisting not only on strategic initiatives but selling and recruiting as well.
