Lucy Fato, a former top corporate counsel at McGraw Hill Financial and Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc., is joining Nardello & Co. in October as global general counsel and a managing director overseeing the Americas.
As a managing director, she will oversee day-to-day business in North and South American matters and handle business development and strategy with founder Daniel Nardello. The global investigations firm, with about 50 employees, often is hired by law firms and corporations for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other corruption-related investigations, civil and white-collar criminal litigation and arbitration support and asset tracing.
