Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Carolyn Demarest has retired from the bench and joined ADR provider JAMS to serve as a mediator and arbitrator.
Demarest was presiding justice of the Commercial Division in Brooklyn Supreme Court from the division’s inception in 2002 through this year. In all, Demarest served about 26 years on the Brooklyn Supreme Court.
