A man who allegedly schemed to don traditional Muslim garb and use a fake explosive device to rob a Bronx check cashing store on the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks is now in federal custody.
Juneal Ali, 29, is being held without bail in lower Manhattan after being arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with conspiracy and attempted robbery.
