A Nassau County judge has fined Fox News host Bill O’Reilly’s ex-wife $310,000 for violating the terms of a custody agreement regarding the former couple’s two children.
O’Reilly and his ex-wife, Maureen McPhilmy, are identified in court papers as Anonymous 2011-2 and Anonymous 2011-1, respectively, but Gawker first reported the couple’s real identities in 2013 and other media outlets—notably The Washington Post and New York Daily News—have used their real names when reporting on the case.
