State court administrators have circulated for public comment a set of proposed rule changes they say will streamline and clarify guidelines governing the appointment of fiduciaries, the pay they should receive and the standards for oversight of their work.
Among other things, the proposed amendments to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge would allow prospective fiduciaries to be suspended temporarily from the lists of eligible attorneys and clarify court orders for managing fiduciary appointments, notices and compensation orders.
