A judge has ordered a hearing to determine how much income he can fairly “impute” to a highly educated man who wants a taxpayer-funded lawyer in a custody case.
Monroe County state Supreme Court Justice Richard Dollinger said he is empowered by both state Domestic Relations Law and County Law to test Patrick Carney’s “indigent” claims at a special hearing.
