An appeals court has dismissed a challenge to the adequacy of state funding for charter schools to properly educate children.
Appellate Division, Fourth Department, judges said that the plaintiffs—seven charter students in Buffalo and Rochester, their parents and the Northeast Charter Schools Network advocacy group—lack standing to mount a challenge to the constitutionality of charter school funding.
