Facing a torrent of scrutiny over his treatment of women, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has again turned to Kasowitz, Benson Torres & Friedman to demand a retraction and threaten legal action after The New York Times ran an article in which two women accuse Trump of sexual misconduct.

The threat may or may not be empty, but Kasowitz Benson is no stranger to defamation cases involving sometimes-controversial billionaires—including Trump himself.
