A Manhattan judge has granted a protective order ensuring that more than 900 pages of pop singer Kesha’s personal medical records will not become public in the continuing lawsuit filed by her former music producer.
State Supreme Court Justice Shirley Werner Kornreich issued the one-page order Friday “to protect the privacy of defendant Kesha Rose Sebert, to insulate her from unnecessary embarrassment, and to protect her medical providers from the press and the media.”
