Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, struck by a loss of litigation leaders this year, announced a series of new recruits on Monday including Jason Halper, who is rejoining the firm as co-chair of its litigation group.
Also headed to Cadwalader as special counsel in New York is Joseph Facciponti, a former federal prosecutor who spent the past two years as deputy head of global internal investigations at HSBC Holdings plc. In addition, Cadwalader said in the coming months it will bring on Steven Baker, co-head of the London dispute resolution practice at British firm Bird & Bird.
