Daniel Stein, chief of the criminal division at the Southern District U.S. Attorney’s Office, is joining Mayer Brown as a partner, where he will lead its regulatory and investigations group and co-lead its white collar defense and compliance group.
Meanwhile, Lisa Zornberg, a partner at Lankler Siffert & Wohl, is anticipated to be named the new chief of the criminal division. She served in the office from 1998 to 2012.
