An all-day program on criminal law, procedure and ethics will be held on Oct. 29 at Brooklyn Law School to honor Robert Pitler, a professor at the school from 1988 until his death last year.
Topics will include search and seizure, taught by former Justice Barry Kamins; confessions by Acting Justice Mark Dwyer; identification by Miriam Hibel, and confrontations after Crawford, by Justice John Leventhal.
