The judges of the Appellate Division, Third Department, have approved higher fees for examiners appointed to review the annual reports required of guardians, committees or conservators in New York.

In those reports, guardians detail annual expenditures made from the estates of people for whom guardians have been appointed as well as the closing balances of the incapacitated person’s accounts.
