Professional services network PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP must comply with a subpoena from New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman as part of his investigation into whether Exxon Mobil Corp. misled investors and consumers about climate change, a judge ruled Tuesday.

Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Barry Ostrager decided the subpoena duces tecum served by Schneiderman’s office on Aug. 19 is valid, and he directed Exxon Mobil to allow PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to comply.
