Fitzpatrick & Hunt, Pagano, Aubert, an 18-lawyer firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Princeton, New Jersey, announced Monday that it plans to merge with a nine-lawyer firm based in White Plains.
The merger, which would join Fitzpatrick & Hunt with Pino & Associates, brings together a pair of firms with experience in the realms of aerospace, aviation and product liability, according to a statement.
