In the final weeks of the race for the open Westchester County District Attorney seat, Democrat Anthony Scarpino Jr. holds a comfortable fundraising advantage over Republican Bruce Bendish, outspending him by a factor of more than 10.

According to reports filed with the New York State Board of Elections, Scarpino, a former Westchester surrogate with three decades of experience on the bench, spent $184,130 from Oct. 3 to Oct. 24, while Bendish spent $16,169.
