A defendant’s threats of violence against two Brooklyn judges, in which he suggested one would be hung “for treason” and the other would be shot, was ruled not to amount to terroristic threats.
According to court papers, Charles Adams appeared pro se before Brooklyn Civil Court Judge Theresa Ciccotto requesting relief from an order by Civil Court Judge Robin Sheares.
