Sheila Mortazavi’s practice covers all facets of intellectual property litigation and counseling, with a particular emphasis on complex patent infringement litigation. She has argued before federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission and arbitration panels, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving consumer electronics, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, electrical connectors, automotive components, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She is a co-founder of the New York chapter of Leading Women in Technology, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women advance in their careers. Finally, she has been active in mentoring attorneys and law students as a member of the New York chapters of the Iranian-American Bar Association and the Iranian-American Women’s Foundation.
