Judith Livingston is one of the most successful plaintiffs lawyers in the country, having won 33 trials with verdicts of more than $1 million and settling hundreds more cases for significant amounts. Just this year, she won the largest medical malpractice, wrongful death verdict in Ulster County’s history: $4.6 million.
