During the past year, Wendi Lazar has helped executives and professionals (including law partners) deal with transitions or other work-related issues. Her growing practice now includes lawyers in San Francisco and Chicago. But her work extends to the broader legal community. She is a member of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession, where she heads the sexual harassment and gender-based bullying committee. She was one of the leaders who successfully advocated before the ABA’s House of Delegates for a new ethics rule barring discrimination and harassment.
