MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF THE MCKELVEY ENTREPRENEURIAL FOUNDATION FOR A COMPULSORY ACCOUNTING AND OTHER RELIEF FROM BRADFORD G. PETERS, AS SUCCESSOR EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF ANDREW J. MCKELVEY, Deceased (2008-4410/E) — At the call of the calendar on October 21, 2016, the court granted, as follows, this petition to compel an account from respondent Bradford Peters as successor executor of the estate of decedent Andrew McKelvey. No later than 90 days from Mr. Peters' receipt of the Tax Court decision or determination of the amounts due, if any, from the decedent's estate for income taxes, Mr. Peters is ordered to file an account of his proceedings as executor, together with a petition for its judicial settlement and all information necessary for a citation to issue to interested parties.
