Months after Allen & Overy hired a group of leveraged finance partners in what it billed as a major New York expansion, a trio of real estate partners, including the firm’s former U.S. practice leader, have left the Manhattan office for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.

Kevin O’Shea, Erwin Dweck and Yaakov Sheinfeld joined Milbank on Monday. O’Shea was senior partner of the U.S. practice at Allen & Overy and head of the British firm’s U.S. real estate practice.
