The second of two brothers has pleaded guilty for his role in their pit bull’s attack on a 9-year-old boy in Nassau County.
Anthony Villalta, 19, of East Meadow pleaded Tuesday to a misdemeanor count of reckless assault and two other charges before acting Supreme Court Justice Meryl Berkowitz, according to a statement from the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.
