ESTATE OF GIOVANNI ASPERTI, Deceased (P/293/02/D) — Polly Gwardyak (hereinafter "Petitioner"), as Trustee of a Testamentary Trust established within the Will of Giovanni Asperti for the benefit of Giovanni Luigi Asperti, moved this Court pursuant to SCPA Article 19 for leave to amend a mortgage obligation due to the Trust. Margaret Andreo, Esq. was appointed by this Court as a Guardian Ad Litem to protect the interest of the minor trust beneficiary, Giovanni Luigi Asperti.

Margaret Andreo, Esq. was appointed by this Court as a Guardian Ad Litem to protect the interest of the minor trust beneficiary, Giovanni Luigi Asperti.

Following a conference with the Court on November 9, 2016, the parties requested additional time to comply with the terms of the August 29, 2016 stipulation and October 18, 2016 decision, which had resolved this matter, particularly in light of the fact that the minor trust beneficiary will turn eighteen years of age on December 1, 2016.
