ESTATE OF MAN KUEN SZE CHEUNG, Deceased (16/1016); (16/1016/A) — Cross-petitions for letters of administration are pending in the estate of Man Kuen Sze Cheung. A petition for letters of administration filed by one of decedent's two sons, Ted Cheung, seeks issuance of letters to the petitioner. ESTATE OF MAN KUEN SZE CHEUNG, Deceased (16/1016); (16/1016/A) — Cross-petitions for letters of administration are pending in the estate of Man Kuen Sze Cheung. A petition for letters of administration filed by one of decedent’s two sons, Ted Cheung, seeks issuance of letters to the petitioner. By decision and order dated October 6, 2016, (Matter of Man Kuen Sze Cheung, NYLJ, Oct 12, 2016 at 25, col. 2 [Sur Ct, NY County]), this court advised petitioner that any opposition to the cross-petition would have to be filed by October 28, 2016, or the allegations of the crosspetition would be deemed admitted pursuant to SCPA 509. The decision and order was mailed to the parties by the Clerk of the Court.
